IPIC is the “go to” source for workforce development in Central Indiana. IPIC is a not-for-profit corporation that serves as the Workforce Investment Board for Marion County, oversees the operation of five WorkOne centers and operates numerous special projects that help people find work and businesses find workers. One of IPIC’s most crucial roles is to gather and disseminate timely, valuable information that will help community leaders in elective office, education, economic development and employment make good decisions that will grow the economy. That is why IPIC undertook this analysis. Thanks for your interest in the Indianapolis workforce and in the Indianapolis Private Industry Council.
