IPIC convenes community leaders to address important issues and strategically coordinates funding from federal, state and private sources to improve the skills of county residents and place them in jobs; develop a diverse, able workforce that meets the needs of existing and potential employers; and advance the region and its economy.

IPIC strives to fulfill our mission in a number of ways and on a number of fronts. This not-for-profit corporation carefully uses federal Workforce Investment Act funding to operate three strategically placed WorkOne centers while simultaneously seeking, securing and administering grants from government and private sources to address pressing needs in the community and all of Central Indiana.

VISION:

Developing the workforce today to meet the needs of employers tomorrow.

MISSION STATEMENT:

Our mission is to develop strategy that establishes and directs a results oriented workforce development and business service system for Marion County.
